At National Museums NI, we are embarking on an ambitious programme of transformation to ensure that we achieve the maximum public benefit through everything we do.
Our organisational vision is to celebrate who we are; telling the stories of our past, challenging our present and shaping our future. We believe that our museums can set an example in adapting to change, encouraging debate, promoting reconciliation and supporting diversity and sustainability.
Our mission is to:

- Make our collections accessible to the widest possible audiences.
- Play a leading role in the economic and social wellbeing and future of this place.

Corporate Strategy 2021 - 2025
Our Corporate Strategy sets out what we will do to achieve our vision and mission covering the period from 2021 to 2025. It describes our commitments and enablers for this period, and also introduces an outcomes framework which we will use to navigate our opportunities and challenges.
